    Make the soak water by mixing warm water with half a cup of bath salt and a cup of fresh milk. The lactic acid in milk helps in loosening the dead skin. Make the feet scrub by mixing a cup of baby oil and half a cup of coarse sea salt.
  • Recipe #2:
    Mix a cup of fresh milk, 2-3 drops of almond extract, and a bowl of warm water together to form soak water. You may use a paste made by mixing gram flour and yogurt as a feet scrub.
  • Recipe #3:
    Mix a bowl of warm water with 3-4 drops of honey and 9-10 drops of lemon juice/vinegar. Use this mixture as the soak water. Make a paste with banana and honey, and rub it on your feet.
